Job Description

My candidate based in Rugby is looking for a French and Spanish speaking customer service coordinator.
-Working hours are between 06:00 and 23:00 Monday - Friday. 8h / day with 30 min lunch break
-Shift pattern on rotation:
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:30
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:30
Week 3: 07:00 - 15:30
Week 4: 14:30 - 23:00
-Salary is for £ 26,700 + 6% shift premium after the first month of training. (£12.83/ph + bonus)
-6 month period
-Training hours during the first 4 weeks are between 08:30 - 17:00

Duties:
-Handling the full breakdown process in the required languages for all products supported within the department and according to the procedures
-Assuring an active follow-up of open cases via the monitor info
-Secure the financial arrangements related to a breakdown according to warranty, soft products and financial routines
-Escalating cases according to the escalation process
-Using their acquired technical understanding to communicate with all parties in a correct and clear way.
-Participating actively in continuous improvement activities
-Handling parts cases according to the procedures
What we're looking for:
French and Spanish language
Preferred Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge
Basic skills in MS Office applications
Customer-oriented with good communication skills
Willing to work in a shift system
Technical awareness of commercial vehicles
Previous experience in a customer service role
