Job Title: Fluent French speaking Customer Service Administrators



Location: Home Working 1 day per month in Cambridgeshire�



This leading international company are looking for Fluent French speaking Customer Care Administrators to be based at home with 1 2 days per month in their head office in St Neots Cambridge England. Fluent French speakers are required to deliver the highest levels of service excellence and positively contribute to achieving the highest quality customer care. Serving the French market the French speaking Customer Care Administrators will provide expert customer support by building and development customer relationships with internal French customers as well as interpreting sometimes complex queries, initiating the appropriate action, and ensuring effective resolution of all requests.



Successful French speaking Customer Care Administrators will need to be able to demonstrate:



* Passion about delivering excellent customer service



* Must be fluent in both oral and written English and French



* Ability to pick up IT systems�



* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers



* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach



* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning
