French or German speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties: Providing an outstanding level of customer service as well as administrative support to the sales team
The role:
- Answer calls and emails ensuring a prompt response
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate as needed
- Process orders , prepare quotes and sales reports
- Maintain and update customer records
- Be responsible for stock control, shipments, pricing and compliance
- General administrative duties
- Liaise with internal departments
The candidate:
- Fluent in either French or German essential
- Experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Dynamic, confident and ability to work under pressure
