French/Spanish/Italian : Sales & Business Development Manager Location London / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office. £70K + additional uncapped OTE . Conservative take-home pay estimate in year one will be an extra OTE of around £40k. The roleThis is a genuine trilingual role in which you will use your French, Spanish and Italian to engage with new and existing customers in Europe. There will be some international travel in this role. Developing New Business : Working from a curated list of warm leads where there is already some product awareness, you will make outbound courtesy-calls in order to build rapport and introduce the service Sending out and following- up information materials Attend and network at various international sporting and other events in order to meet prospects in person and generate new leads Secure meetings and demos with senior executives at sports and events businessesPrepare pitch presentations, RFPs, tenders and bid submissionsContract negotiation Working to a revenue target of around £250k per annum or approx. 5 deals per year (average sales values are between £20k-£150k per annum depending on the club, with a 3-6 month sales cycle which can be seasonal to reflect the sportAccount/Relationship Management Nurturing an existing portfolio of venues and clubs in order to introduce new products or add-on’s and increase company spend
REQUIREMENTSAny two : Fluent French or Spanish or Italian5 years plus sales experience.B2B sales experience (including preparing quotations and tenders) Previous Technology sales experience ( ideally ) .DegreeInterview process; 2-3 stage interview process ( 1) teams interview 2)in person role-play and 3)a possible psychometric assessment )
