French Teacher Required
Key Stage 3 and 4

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a highly regarded school with an Ofsted rating of 'Good'. The school is known for its strong academic performance and commitment to supporting students to be aspirational and determined to succeed.

This five-day-a-week role will begin in April 2025 and will involve teaching French across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will be committed to helping students achieve excellent results in MFL while maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour, and enthusiasm. General cover lessons will also be included within the timetable.

Newly Qualified Teachers are warmly encouraged to apply.

Applicants should have:


  • QTS with an MFL specialism
  • Experience teaching French at Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent behavioural management techniques
  • Ability to fulfil all aspects of a full teaching role
  • Good communication skills
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
  • Instructors working towards QTLS are also encouraged to apply

For the right candidate, this position may extend for the rest of the academic year.

All staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring that tax and National Insurance are properly handled, with no unnecessary admin charges.

A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to provide ongoing support and market-leading advice during the role.

Rate of pay for this role will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 educational-based references to be considered for this role.
