Job Title: Front Desk Associate
Location: Fife

Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle any guest inquiries or requests
* Assist with room reservations and ensure accurate information is provided to guests
* Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and dining options
* Handle guest complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
