Job Title: Front of House Manager
Location: Private Members Club, South West London
Salary: �35,000 per annum

Overview:

The Front of House Manager Role at the Private Members Club is a pivotal role of responsibility within the whole Floor Team, leads interviews and hiring process for positions such as Waiters/Waitresses and Hosts. Participate in all the activities and operations that includes all aspects of F&B service to Members and their Guests for and exceptional service and great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible of daily uniform and grooming checks of the Floor Team.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours and events.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Floor to promote continuous improvement.
• Delegate tasks and assign sections.
• Organise constant F&B trainings for team development.
• Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
• Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where required
• Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of property occupiers and visitors
• Build strong relationships with Colleagues, Members and key Business leaders.

Qualifications:

• Personal License
• DPS License (if assigned to it)
• SIA Door Supervisor
• First Aid
• Fire Marshal
