Job Title: Front of House Manager
Salary: £30k-35k (dependent of experience)
Location: Newbury
Location type: Pub
Hours - 5/7 days (full time)
Candidates will ideally drive due to slight remote location of this pub.
An 18th Century Gastro pub in Newbury is seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to enhance their team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry and strong leadership skills are essential for this role. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in upholding the pub's reputation by fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
What you will bring:

• Previous Restaurant/ pub experience
• Ability to manage a team of mainly part time employees.
• Lead the team front the front.
• Be able to upsell products to clients and train the team to be able to as well.
• Understanding of health and safety such as cross contaminations, allergens etc and be able train the team on these matters
• Come with a forward thinking mindset and have idea on how to improve guest experience
• Ability to adapt to a wide range of situations
• Have great customer service being able to deal with complaints and questions in a professional manor.
