Position Summary: The Front of House Manager at Boath House oversees both guest-facing operations and broader hotel management functions, creating exceptional experiences that reflect our unique blend of Highland hospitality, heritage, and creative vision. This role combines hands-on guest service with operational oversight, ensuring our historic property delivers both warm, personalized attention and consistent operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience & Front Office Operations:
Serve as the primary ambassador for Boath House, embodying our blend of timeless Highland hospitality and creative spirit
Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring warm, personalized welcomes and departures
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and payment processes with meticulous attention to detail
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring exceptional service recovery when needed
Create bespoke guest experiences highlighting our Garden Kitchen, upcoming Moine restaurant, and Dunbar's offerings
Coordinate special arrangements for celebrations, private events, and VIP guests
