Job Title: Front of House & Barista

Location: Rochester

Salary: �13.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About Us: Our client is a welcoming spot known for our exceptional coffee and friendly service. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Front of House & Barista. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy interacting with customers, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist with the setup and closing of the caf�/restaurant.
• Support the team with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista and in a front of house role is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
• Flexibility to work the specified hours.
