Restaurant�Team Leader
I am currently looking for� a�Team Leader/ Supervisor�to join our team in White City.�
The ideal candidate will be Dynamic, hard working, a team player and can work in a team or independently and have experience with ordering stock/ dealing�with suppliers

Key Responsibilities for�Team Leader/Supervisor�
- Ensure the venue is ready for opening time
- The�Team Leader/Supervisor�to Brief and coordinate all relevant staff and team members to deliver a professional and efficient service
- To ensure portion control, staff meal allowances and wastage in accordance with departmental policies
- the Team Leader to�Order and receive goods�
- Assist with Stock taking�
- Receive and record customer feedback
- Report defects, repairs and maintenance issues to the line manager
- Promote a customer friendly service; to be courteous, respectful and welcoming to all customers
- To manage annual leave requests ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
- To assist the line manager with monitoring and managing staff absence�
- Foster a positive working environment and promote team work
- Assist in identifying areas of customer service where improvements can be made, and helping to implement solutions
- Provide a fast and efficient service at all times
- Supervise events within area of responsibility, as requested, in liaison with Catering hospitality staff
Experience of being a team leader, shift leader or supervisor is essential�
