• Managing reservations and efficiently accommodating walk-ins.
• Coordinating seating for guest comfort and service efficiency.
• Communicating with staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Providing accurate wait times and keeping guests informed.
• Assisting with special requests for celebrations and VIP guests.
• Maintaining a clean and presentable entrance and reception.
• Handling guest inquiries professionally in person, by phone, and via email.
• Supporting the team in delivering a welcoming, memorable experience.
