Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests
• Take food and beverage orders and serve with appropriate etiquette and timing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
• Ensure tables are properly set and presentation standards are maintained
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors
• Represent the prestigious standards of The Hurlingham Club in all interactions
• Anticipate member needs and provide personalized service

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
• Excellent knowledge of food service and beverage presentation
• Strong customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Well-presented with a professional manner and appearance
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
• Silver service experience advantageous but not essential
