We are a newly launched, boutique, high-end boxing gym offering a premium fitness experience. Our gym combines luxury with cutting-edge facilities and expert coaching to create a welcoming environment for fitness enthusiasts of all levels. We are looking for a passionate and professional Front of House Representative to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Role Overview:
As the Front of House Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping their experience at our gym. You will be responsible for creating a friendly and professional atmosphere, assisting members with their needs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist clients with bookings, class scheduling, and memberships, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle payments and process transactions, including memberships, class purchases, and retail sales.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and lounge areas to uphold our high standards.
Ensure clients are familiar with gym policies, facilities, and class offerings.
Support the team in organising special events, workshops, and private training sessions.
Address any member concerns or issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Assist in keeping inventory of merchandise and ensure the front of house is fully stocked with products, towels, and refreshments.
Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferable but not a necessity.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and a positive, customer-first attitude.
A passion for health, fitness, and wellness is highly desirable.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
