FS Insurance Transformation ConsultantGrade: Senior ManagerIndustry: FS InsuranceLocation: London – Hybrid Employment: Full TimeThe Opportunity: A BIG4 Consultancy seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex Insurance Sector transformation engagements and deliver strategic change encompassing innovation, CX, growth, regulatory change, and large-scale cost reduction/efficiency improvements.The Role:As a Senior Manager, you will partner with world-leading Insurance Sector Clients to drive critical business transformations, develop innovative solutions, manage bids, and lead a team of consultants. Your primary focus will be enhancing clients' organisational performance, fostering customer-centric growth, and implementing efficient operating models.This position is crucial to driving growth within the Insurance Transformation team, which addresses digital disruptions and regulatory challenges while aligning with the Customer and Operations service line.Required Skills/Experience:Extension industry experience in the insurance sector (preferably General Insurance and Commercial speciality) is essential.Prior management consultancy experience - leading complex business transformation programmes as a Project/Programme Manager applying relevant methods, including Lean, Agile, operating model design, change management, technology and/or digital change.An in-depth understanding of the key industry, market, and regulatory drivers shaping the Insurance/FS industry and an ability to articulate these through client opportunities.The ability to present to C-level decision-makers is preferable.Managing and mentoring staff and helping with personal and professional development.Benefits:Base Salary: £92,000 - £102,000 (DoE)Discretionary Bonus: Circa 10%Car Allowance: £5,500Health: Private Medical InsuranceAnnual Leave: 25 Days plus Public Holidays + buy up to 10 additional daysL&D: Annual Performance/Salary Reviews + Training & Development BudgetPension: 8% Matched Pension + Group Personal Pension PlanLife Assurance: Up to a maximum of four times the Earnings CapFor more information, apply below or contact us directly.Contact: 02077806706FS Insurance Transformation Consultant
