The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key part of an award-winning team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service. You will support customers with queries via phone and email, ensuring first-time resolution and a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide helpdesk support and advice via email and telephone
  • Navigate internal systems and processes with confidence
  • Liaise with data providers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Maintain high service levels and meet key performance targets
  • Take ownership of queries and follow up appropriately
  • Work towards achieving consistent excellence in customer service
You will need:
