FTC - Media Planning Account Director - Auto Client

Fixed Term Contract - Media Planning Account Director - Network Media Agency - Up to £65,000 pro rata - 3 Months A leading network media agency based in Central London is looking for a cross channel Media Planning Account Director to join one of their key accounts for a 3 month FTC (a well-known brand in the auto space). This is a pivotal hire for the business, giving you the opportunity to work on significant projects shaping up over the next few months. This UK-focused position requires you to take the lead from a brand perspective, closely collaborating with the Performance Planning Director already in place. Requirements: Established at director level Strong media planning background - both on and offline Good understanding of AV and its role in the wider media mix In-depth understanding of the UK market Confidence in working autonomously and leading client interactions Experience working on fast-paced, high-spend accounts Responsibilities include: Overseeing brand elements of the account, working alongside performance planning specialists Leading a team of 2, including an Account Manager and an Account Exec Planning and project managing 2 major client projects Leading budget discussions and aligning media plans accordingly Collaborating with the creative agency Managing client communication from a brand perspective - daily client calls, presentations, meetings, etc. Important: Fully remote workers cannot be considered for this position. You must be able to commute to the Central London office at least twice a week and travel regularly to the client offices within the UK.
