The Challenge:
Own and evolve our core ML platform
Lead a distributed dev team while staying hands-on (50% coding, 50% leadership)
Drive the technical roadmap from concept to production
Solve complex problems in a high-growth environment
Your Toolkit:
5+ years full-stack expertise, startup experience a plus
Front-end mastery (Angular, React, or similar)
Back-end prowess (Java, Python, or Node.JS)
Familiarity with Glue42, MongoDB, and Windows OS
Team leadership and scaling experience
