Full stack Front Office Java Engineer - Boutique Multi-Strat Fund - Up to £250,000 total compensation With my client managing approximately 11 billion in assets, they are one of the heaviest hitters with regards to boutique asset managers globally. They are looking to add a Mid-Senior level (3-10 years) full stack Java engineer to their fastest growing and most successful front office function. They possess an incredibly progressive technological philosophy, an entirely flat structure, and the opportunity to collaborate with your end users, including quants and traders, to build sophisticated and business-critical applications and software. Specifically, you will be going in to build a brand-new trade execution platform as well as contributing to other world-class front office platforms including portfolio management and alpha generation. This can be an incredibly lucrative venture, with base salaries as strong as £150,000 with large discretionary/guaranteed bonuses on top of this.
