Funds Associate 2-6 PQE Location: London Salary: £170,000 - 250,000 + Bonus Join a premier global firm expanding its Funds practice in London. We're seeking a mid-level associate with 2-6 years PQE in investment funds. In this role, you will advise fund sponsors on fund formations, secondaries, and co-investment transactions across private equity, hedge, credit, and real estate funds. Engage directly with clients to nurture and grow international and domestic relationships. Collaborate with managers on diverse asset classes, including private equity, real estate, and venture capital. Additionally, you will handle complex secondaries and co-investment transactions, ranging from GP-led to LP-led, across various asset classes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE in funds and/or secondaries from a top-tier international or City law firm. You should possess a strong background in investment fund practice and demonstrate versatility in handling diverse legal matters.
