Job DescriptionA leading US law firm in London is looking to recruit a mid-level Funds/Secondaries lawyer in to their team.The transactional funds/secondaries market continues to grow as PE firms look for liquidity. This dynamic sector requires specialist funds lawyers to keep up with the innovation and growth within it.Our client wants to consider candidates with secondaries experience as well as mainstream private funds lawyers looking to specialise in to this exciting market.
