Furniture Finishing Supervisor

The Role

As the Spray Shop Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in a busy,  furniture finishing department.

Your role will include:

Overseeing all aspects of wood finishing, including staining, shading, and spraying.

Ensuring top-quality finishes on furniture projects.

Managing workflow, production schedules, and quality control.

Mentoring and developing a skilled team of sprayers and finishers.

Maintaining and improving finishing processes for efficiency and quality.

About You

Proven experience in fine furniture finishing, including spraying, staining, and shading.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for achieving flawless finishes.

A driven, hands-on manager who leads by example.

Strong  leadership skills.

Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards.
