The Role:
The role of a Furniture Sales Associate is to inspire and support customers in identifying and purchasing products they desire, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through enriching interactions and excellent sales service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide memorable customer service interactions and increase company growth and revenue through sales
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
- Ascertain customer needs, inspire and sell an array of products for the home
- Follow all company policies and procedures
About you!
- Proven work experience in retail sales is desirable but not essential
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Friendly, engaging, with a genuine desire to help people
