Furniture Sprayer - Late Shift

Thrive Personnel are seeking a skilled Furniture Paint Sprayer to join our clients dynamic team in a late shift position at our growing furniture manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to various furniture pieces, ensuring that each item meets our standards for excellence. You will work with a range of paint products and techniques, utilizing spray equipment to achieve a smooth and even coat.

This is role is on the late shift working 4.40pm - 3am Monday - Thursday (4 day week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare furniture surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Operate spray equipment to apply paint, stain, and finishes to furniture items.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
