The Radar Systems Engineering team:
The role will have responsibility for developing a state-of-the-art Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) Antenna, comprising both wideband signal generation and signal digitisation at element-level in a scalable design. Subsequent responsibility will drive evolution of AESA Antenna design variants for multiple Radar applications with minimal modification to the core product design.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional engineer with a depth and breadth of knowledge in Systems Engineering and Radar technology.
Our workplace in Cowes is an easily accessible commute from Southampton with a regular foot passenger ferry and BAE shuttle service from the ferry terminal to site.
