Futures Client Solutions, Vice President Futures Clearing London is part of a global futures clearing business with affiliate offices in Sydney, Singapore, Frankfurt, New York, and Chicago facilitating a 24-hour service to a global customer base responsible for client solutions, customer onboarding, and clearing. You will be part of the larger futures clearing team, exposed to all aspects of the futures clearing business. What role will you play? As a part of the London Client Solutions team, you will be involved in and responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio of clients acting as a Primary Client Solutions Representative. You will conduct periodic reviews of client processes, investigate ways to improve, streamline or automate, and implement accordingly. Additionally, you will be involved in the development and management of customer KPIs, investigating root cause issues, and working to resolve them. You will also conduct regular performance reviews with your client portfolio, document meeting discussions, ensure follow-up, and completion of any action points. Lastly, you will partner with the EMEA sales team to pitch for new client business, providing operational expertise and solutions. What you offer 5+ years experience in futures clearing client services with a proven track record of client service performance and improving inefficient clearing processes In-depth knowledge and experience of energy markets (European power and gas derivatives market in particular) preferred Engage and communicate with key internal stakeholders as well as external customers A strong risk mindset, with a methodical and diligent approach to daily key risk tasks and the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks About Commodities and Global Markets In Commodities and Global Markets, you will be part of a global business offering capital and financing, risk management, market access, physical execution, and logistics solutions to a diverse client base.
