We are looking for a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organised reception area.
  • Handle mail and assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:
Flexible hours, Part time
