Zeal Recruitment are working with a well-known Civil Engineering business who are looking for a gang of up to 5 workers to start ASAP.

As the Ganger you are responsible for the whole gang, which includes the following:

Coordinating and supervising work within your own team
Ensuring work is carried out safely
Briefing method statements to the gang
Checking plant and equipment
Maintaining tools
Lead by example to others on the site
Communicate effectively with the site supervisor
Discuss any changes to method statements

As the Ganger you will need:

Own VAN
NPORS or CPCS tickets and in date
SSSTS
H&S awareness
Highways Passport
Safety Critical Medical
EUSR
Cat and Genny
Roller
