As part of our full time, permanent Facilities & Maintenance Leadership Team, younwill…

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of all grounds maintenancenand caravan siting activity, following standard operating procedures ensuring ansafe and secure environment for all
- Deliver our performance targets against budget, managenstock, margin and cost control
- Complete relevant administrative tasks including team Rota’s,nSafety and Legislative compliance checks
- Drive continuous improvement, provide solutions to issuesnand set goals for growth
- Lead and coach the team ensuring they work productively andndevelop professionally
- Engage and inspire the team to always be Guest obsessed
- Effectively recruit and train new team

Salary: From   £31,820 plus the opportunity to earn up to 10% AnnualnBonus

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Maintenance Manager, Grounds Manager ornHorticulture Manager which is great. Or maybe you’re an experienced AssistantnManager or Deputy Manager looking for the next step! All we are looking for is…

- Proven experience leading large teams in a GroundsnMaintenance or similar environment
- Experience in managing operations, performance, resources andncost control
- Can confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolvenproblems
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadershipnskills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Must be highly competent (and confident) inntrade skills, grounds maintenance and horticulture
