Location: Birmingham and Cradley Heath/ Kidderminster
Basis: Full Time
Work Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours and Friday 7 hours

We are looking for gardeners to join our busy grounds maintenance team to maintain our estates in Birmingham and s.
You will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver this service using various equipment including ride-on and all other mowers, hedge cutters, strimmmers, blowers etc. You will be working to a plan on each estate which will enable you to deliver a high standard of service across all areas.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Gardener - Grounds Maintenance Operative will involve:
Grass cutting and collection
Removal and disposal of green waste
Hedge and bush reduction and shaping
Strimming
Weed management
Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
Litter picking
Maintenance of hard standing areas
