Gas/Mechanical Engineer
Salary - £45,000 (Neg D.O.E)
We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client for a Gas/Mechanical Engineer to join their Kent-based team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize disruptions at client sites.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all projects.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, including safety certificates and service reports.
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1, etc.).
- Experience in a similar role within Facilities Management (FM), servicing a variety of commercial sites.
- Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and commercial gas systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
