Gas Engineer

We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join one of our clients covering the Wednesbury/Birmingham regions. You will be required to carry out Service & Breakdown works on social housing properties. This will be on a contract basis with the potential of a permanent role coming available.,

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Gas Engineer

Location: Wednesbury, Birmingham

Rate: £24 - 26 per hour - Possible permanent position after atleast 3 months

Overview:

• Own van and tools required


• Own calibrated analyser


• Mileage allowed


• Overtime available

Responsibilities of the Gas Engineer:

• Completion of relevant service and breakdown works


• Carry out maintenance, repairs and/or installations to a high standard


• Produce any relevant gas safety certification


• Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised

Requirements for Gas Engineer role:

• DBS, Full Domestic ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 & MET1, Gas Safe Registered


• Social Housing Experience


• Full UK Driving License
