Gas engineer

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced domestic Gas Engineer to join a housing association based working around Brighton and Crawley. The perm salary is �43,884 per annum with a company van and fuel card supplied.
Working hours - Monday to Friday. 39 hours per week - 8:30am - 17:00 Mon - Thurs and 8:30am - 16:00pm on Friday.
As a Gas Engineer you will be working within Property Services to provide a responsive and professional gas installations service to residents ensuring all work sites are adequately protected and maintained.
Responsibilities

• Service and repair of domestic gas appliances (i.e. gas boilers, fires)
• Perform routine maintenance checks
• Maintain and monitor the supply, stock and use of materials
• Participate in the 'out of hours' service delivery on a rota basis (Currently every 1 in 6 weeks)
• Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property-related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
• Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
• Essential qualifications: CCN1, CKR1, CENWAT,
• Desirable but not essential - HTR1, CONGLP1PD, Unvented Hot Water Systems
