Your work will have a direct positive impact on the business’s continued growth and ability to deliver high-quality service to their clients, while also providing you with a fulfilling and rewarding career.Your Role and Responsibilities:While in this position, your duties may include but are not limited to:- Managing and servicing multiple jobs per shift within retail environments- Servicing and diagnosing system problems for packaged rooftop units and air handling units- Resolving issues with light commercial units to ensure efficient and continuous operations- Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, air handling units, and associated equipment- Providing high-quality customer service, while ensuring work is carried out efficiently and cost-effectively- Communicating with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and relay information regarding issues encountered- Ensuring the maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety standardsWhat you will need to Apply: To be considered for this role, you will need:- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC field, with specific expertise in Packaged Rooftop units and Air Handling Units- Gas Safe certification and Refcom accreditation- Experience working within the retail sector, managing multiple jobs in one shift- A full driving license and flexibility for occasional weekend work- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and clients effectivelyWhat you will get in Return: For the successful candidate, a starting salary of up to £45,000 will be offered, depending on prior experience and knowledge.
