The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems and appliances in social housing properties within the Sheffield.Salary Structure:Breakdown:£38.64 per jobService:£21.74 per jobJob Type:Sub-ContractMinimum 3 daysMaximum 5 daysBenefits:Full van stock suppliedFlexible working daysOpportunity to work within a supportive teamKey Responsibilities:Service, maintain, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookersConduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standardsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defectsProvide clients with advice and guidance on the use and maintenance of gas systems and appliancesKeep accurate and up-to-date records of all work performedAdhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all timesMaintain effective communication with clients and team membersRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookersRelevant qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1Own van and toolsFull UK driving licenceClean DBS checkIf you are a qualified and experienced Gas Engineer seeking a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
