Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for a Gatehouse Administrator who will be based in Willenhall to work on our clients sight. Our client is one of the UK's leading Parcel Delivery companies. 

You do not need to have previous experience, but this particular position would suit someone who is: 

1. Highly organized 
2. Has impeccable timekeeping
3. Has the ability to think on their feet 
4. Can work either alone, or in a team environment

If you do have previous experience working in an Administration role, this may be the perfect "next step" in your career. 
Working hours for Gatehouse Administrators: 
The working shifts available are: 

• Thursday to Monday working
  • 06:30 - 15:00

• Goods In/Out
• Checking Trailer seal numbers
• Vehicle Audits on handheld tablets
• Paperwork to include: 
  
  • Data entry
  • Filing 
  • Communications (telephone calls & emails)
• General office administration duties
