My client a well respected Civil engineering contractor is seeking a well experienced Gate-man/ Traffic Marshall for a long term role on Worthing.

The role will be fast paced and will require a diligent worker who can think on their feet, prioritise the workload and at all costs ensure safe access on and off of the site.

This role will require a minimum of 5 years experience and would ideally hold a CPCS for the position or a CSCS with high skill level and experience level.

�Alongside the right experience and training the candidate will need excellent communication skills and social skills to help communicate to divers, operatives, site management as well as the general public.
