BIC specialises in teaching high performing, low behavioural students with ASD, ADHD and Downs Syndrome. Our facilities are registered for 74 students, with agreed capacity of 35 SEN students aged 14-25. BICs focus is to ensure all students are able to meet their fullest potential in-line with the college practice for continuous growth towards educational excellence and creating opportunities for students to improve their creative intelligence. Our staff strive to be a beacon of support, whilst developing innovative learning schemes to increase the academic and vocational potential of every student. About the RoleWe require a qualified GCSE English Teacher to join the team on a part-time basis.Your responsibilities will include: To Deliver 1:1 and small group teaching sessions to SEN studentsDevelop and implement innovative lesson plans tailored to individual student needsMaintain high standards of teaching to support students' academic and vocational progressRequirements:Minimum of 2 years UK teaching experienceQualified teacher statusValid enhanced DBS checkProven ability to deliver high-quality, differentiated lessonsAs a BIC team member you will have a proven track record, which demonstrates and exemplifies an honest passion for teaching using individually designed lesson plans, which differentiates in delivery to our high standards.
