TS Recruitment are actively working with a construction contractor based in Exeter who are looking to recruit a General Builder / Groundworker.

Benefits

• £30-35,000 per annum
• Company Van and fuel card
• 8.00am- 4pm site hours
• 20days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Increased holiday allowance up to25 days based on length of service
• 3% employer and 5% employee pension contribution
• Discretionary annual bonus
• Life assurance 2x salary

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead member of ateamof 2
• Carry out construction repair work on domestic properties including groundworks, concreting and basic joinery.
• Drive machinery on site, use power and hand tools
• Work will include underpinning on damaged domestic properties
• Read and work from site drawings
• Liaisewith Project Managers, clients and the commercial team
• Ensure health and safety is followed on site
• Keep accurate records and ensure work is toa high standard
• Self-motivatedwith the ability to work unsupervised
• Occasionally work away from home Monday to Friday

• Nationwide business based from the Exeter office covering the South West region

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience working in a similar role working on domestic properties
• Multi skilled preferably from a groundworks background
• Proficient with using hand and power tools
• Must be able to provide a basic DBS check
• CSCS card and plant tickets preferred
• Good time management skills and personable
• Full UK driving license
