General Counsel - Real Estate

My client is a large Real Estate conglomerate with extensive interests in property management, lettings, sales and related fields. They are looking to hire a GC to lead their existing team. From their offices in London, the successful applicant will be expected to guide the company as it continues to expand. The work is broad and will cover Real Estate, M&A, Operations, Litigation and more significantly, Risk & Compliance. Applicants must have at least 10 years PQE, specialised in Real Estate law and qualified in the UK. Applicants must have proven leadership skills and be ideas driven solution finders. This role would suit an ambitious GC looking for a new challenge.
