General Foreman

Our client is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join our team for a 6-months civils project starting in Epworth, Doncaster then moving over to Newark. The role involves overseeing drainage and concrete structure works, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations.
• Manage and direct site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Liaise with the Site Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in civils, drainage, and concrete structure projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions promptly.
• Valid certifications relevant to the role (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid).
