General Foreman SPOC - Civil Construction

Position Title: General Foreman
Department: Civil Construction
Location: Multiple location; Glasgow, Edinburgh, Ayrshire etc

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all site operations, ensuring smooth communication between project teams, subcontractors, and management.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and adhering to quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews, ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and report on site performance, addressing issues proactively.
• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower for optimal workflow.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil construction and team supervision.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid safety certifications as per regulatory standards.
