This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a luxury property maintenance organization, providing maintenance solutions for a national portfolio of residential and commercial clients. We pride ourselves on providing a professional and experienced service covering projects of all sizes. This role will cover all sites in and around Tunbridge Wells.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out any maintenance works in all locations
• Perform basic handyman tasks, reactive and planned maintenance
• Assist with logistical furniture moves and material collection/delivery
• Contribute to site clearance activities
• Tidy work areas and ensure tools are kept clean
• Preparing surrounding areas ready for work
• Advising on equipment and resources necessary to complete the job
