My client, a long established Commercial Vehicle Body Builder and Manufacturer, are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced General Manager / Site Manager / Automotive Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Production Manager / Automotive Manufacturing Manager to join their team in Manchester; someone who is passionate about engaging with company values and delivery quality service levels for customers.

The day to day duties for the General Manager / Site Manager / Automotive Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Production Manager / Automotive Manufacturing Manager:

• �Manage refrigerated vehicle manufacturing plant


• �Prioritise and manage build schedule�


• �Liaise with production director and production manager


• �Manage employee relations and lead the team in an inspirational way�


• �Complete job cards/work order


• �Liaise with vehicle manufacturers, dealers and customers


• �Reporting to high level management


• �Compile parts orders


• �Order parts/work with suppliers and contractors


• �Liaise with accounts re invoicing builds/parts


• �Team member onboarding and induction�


• �Organise plant and machinery maintenance


• �Oversee factory maintenance�

�

This General Manager / Site Manager / Automotive Factory Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Production Manager / Automotive Manufacturing Manager role will be a great fit for you if:
