We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale coach operation with a fleet of 60 vehicles. This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership, operational oversight, and a deep understanding of the coach industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a 60-fleet coach depot.


• Manage all aspects of fleet maintenance, driver scheduling, and route planning.


• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.


• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.


• Work closely with senior management to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Must hold a PCV License.


• Extensive experience managing large-scale coach operations.


• Proven experience in managing a coach depot, including vehicle and staff management.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and maintain operational excellence.
