I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a contract in South West London. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality services, with an annual turnover in the region of £2m.
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
Experience in a senior management role, within the Contract Catering sector
Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations
High volume experience, catering for 2000 people daily
Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service
Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of £2m
Working predominantly Monday to Friday, but you will be required to work occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
