GENERAL MANAGER UK AND DIRECTOR The General Manager represents the image of the Brand in all its aspects and the reliability of the Company, acts as a spokesperson when dealing with current and potential clients. The General Manager is responsible for the turnover goals of their Area guaranteeing a margin to the company and ensures that clients receive the best service. The GM also organizes and oversees the correct functioning of the office and coordinates and supervises the activities performed by their reports. Specifically, the General Manager responsibilities are to: - Find new sales opportunities in their area by searching for new businesses on the market and conducting the necessary research to present the right product to new potential customers - Develop and manage the sales network in their area - Draw up the annual budget and collaborate in the definition of Forecasts - Asses the market of their area and develop a tailored sales strategy - Monitor the achievement of turnover goals and discount rate margins - Present to the client the right product that caters to their needs and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain good relations with existing and potential customers and organize training moments where clients can learn about the company, its product and participate in the Guest Experience, even after the installation is completed - Coordinate the activities of the Engineers and the subcontractors that are going to install the products requested by the client - Coordinate the business activity also with the Irish team. Among the activities performed, the General Manager: - Manages the final commissioning - Draws up the contracts for clients - Participates to exhibitions to develop and maintain good relationships with new potential clients and existing clients - Decides the marketing strategy - Coordinates the office activities and supports the personnel in case of issues arising.Montreal Associates is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
