Key Responsibilities:
Create a positive, motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high standards.
Build strong relationships with the local community, positioning the venue as a go-to destination
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the venue's success, including menu development, service enhancements, and operational improvements.
Provide detailed reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendationsfor ongoing success.
You will need:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of recruiting, training, and developing high-performing teams.
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle the pressures of a new opening, including managing unforeseen challenges
