The main focus will be on the Restaurant & Bar. You will manage a team of 15, with the support of a strong Assistant General Manager, an attentive Operations Director, and an Executive Chef. The food offering is now at a standard the team is very proud of, and they need someone who can deliver an exceptional guest experience and develop the team to high standards. This small operation provides an intimate service, making it an East London foodie's dream. A strong passion for wine is essential, as there is a notable wine offering.
