Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
Engage with guests and handle feedback to continuously improve service quality.
About You: Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy/General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering team growth.
